At Wholesome Living AUS, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a change of mind return, the item must be:

  • unused and in saleable condition
  • in its original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is:

  • damaged
  • faulty
  • not as described
  • incorrect

If your item has a problem that meets your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items

We do not offer change of mind returns on sale items, unless required by law.

However, sale items may still be eligible for a replacement or refund where they fail to meet consumer guarantees.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and, once approved, place a new order separately.

If the product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Please note that banks and payment providers may take some time to process and post the refund.

Proof of Purchase

We may ask for a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase before processing a return, refund, repair or replacement.
